Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FeedBay is a survey platform operated by Aaron Krall, 1927 S 1550 W, Woods Cross, UT 84087, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “FeedBay” mean that business; “you” means the person or organisation using the service. Card statements for purchases show FEEDBAY.

2. The service

FeedBay lets you build surveys, publish them by link, QR code, website embed or email, collect responses, and export the results as CSV or Excel. Features are provided as they exist at the time you use them; we may add, change or remove functionality as the product develops.

3. Your account

You need an account to create surveys. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email address current — it is how we reach you and how purchases are matched to your account.

4. Pricing and payment

FeedBay Lifetime costs $37 USD as a one-time payment and includes 500 survey responses per month. There is no recurring subscription and no monthly fee. An optional upgrade to 1,500 responses per month is available for a further one-time $37 USD.

The monthly response allowance resets each billing cycle; unused responses do not carry over. If you reach your allowance, response collection pauses until the cycle resets or you upgrade.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

5. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. The full conditions are on our Refund Policy page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FeedBay to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages or distribute survey links as spam;
  • collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, health records or other sensitive data through survey answers;
  • collect personal data from respondents without telling them who you are and why, or without a lawful basis for doing so;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach the service, or interfere with other customers’ use of it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will normally contact you first.

7. Your content and your respondents’ data

Your surveys and the responses you collect belong to you. We store and process them to provide the service, and we do not sell them or use them to build advertising profiles.

When you collect answers from other people, you decide what to ask and why — you are the controller of that data and we act on your instructions. It is your responsibility to give respondents whatever notice and choices the law where they live requires. What we collect and share is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep FeedBay available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. Support is available by email at support@feedbay.io.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using FeedBay at any time and ask us to delete your account. “Lifetime” access means for as long as we operate the service; if we ever discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continuing to use FeedBay after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and the courts of Utah have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
