Refund Policy

What is covered

Both one-time purchases are covered: FeedBay Lifetime at $37 USD, and the upgrade to 1,500 responses per month at $37 USD. The 90 days run from the date of each payment.

Using the product does not void the guarantee. You can build surveys, publish them and collect responses, and still ask for your money back within the window.

How to request a refund

Email support@feedbay.io from the address you used to buy, or include that address in the message. Mentioning the approximate purchase date helps us find the payment faster, but it is not required.

How it is paid back

• We aim to approve requests within 2 business days of receiving them.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. We cannot send the money anywhere else.
• Once issued, the money typically reaches your card or bank within 5–10 business days. That timing is set by your bank, not by us.
• There is no fee for a refund; you receive the full amount you paid.

What happens to your account

A refund reverses the purchase, so the access it paid for ends with it. FeedBay is sold as lifetime access rather than a subscription — there is no lower paid tier to fall back to — and once the money is returned your account stops collecting new responses.

Nothing is deleted. Your surveys and the responses you already collected remain in the account and can still be viewed and exported, so you keep the work you have done. Buying again restores collection immediately. Tell us if you would prefer the account removed entirely and we will do that instead.

After 90 days

Beyond the guarantee window we are not obliged to refund, but we would still rather hear from you than lose you quietly — write to us and we will look at the situation. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. A refund by email is faster than a chargeback, and it avoids your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
